Razom IT has designed a new project: Razom IT Trip to bring startups from Ukraine to NYC to connect with the city’s startup ecosystem. This week 5 start-ups from Ukraine and 1 start-up with Ukrainian roots will meet, take tours, and hear presentations across NYC for six days. Their trip will culminate with each founder pitching at ‘Are You Serious?’ (AYS), a long-running pitch event by The Hatchery. Meet the start-ups below!
1. Capitan
Capitan, a first smart shopping list app that uses artificial intelligence and learns as you use it. They’re solving a very annoying problem – no one likes extra trips to the store for the items they forgot.
Co-Founder Arthur Kiulian is “most excited about the potential connections, and of course, meeting investors.”
2. Cardiolyse
Cardiolyse.me – prevention instead of emergency for healthy people. Cardiolyse is a B2B SaaS cloud ECG processing platform with predictive scoring ECG algorithms that provide trusted information varying from an emotional analysis, stamina level, trends that show the interconnection between lifestyle and heart conditions up to full medical conclusion (including mid-term forecast).
Tetiana Nakonechna (Development Manager) says, “It will be great to visit several Venture Funds in New York, receive feedback and of course, have an opportunity to pitch at AYS.”
3. Blynk
Blynk who provides businesses with a platform to launch their own “Internet of Things” and start getting benefits from it 10x times faster and on a lower budget.
Pavel Baydorodin’s (Founder & CEO) response to what he’s most excited about for the program? “Since we are in the early stage of fundraising, it’s crucially important to get blunt and direct feedback from investors on the concept, business model and opportunities. Looking forward to hearing difficult questions and recommendations.”
4. Luciding
Luciding is a service that enhances the quality of people’s sleep by providing them with lucid dreams every night, with the help of their wearable device and a connected app.
For Michael Skrychevsky (Co-Founder & CTO), “AYS is an incredible opportunity to update NYC on our progress and present a final version of our dream-wearable as it has been a year since we have been here on TechCrunch.”
5. Meadow
Meadow is a startup based in NYC with Ukrainian roots. They’ll be joining us on the program along with presenting their pitch at Razom IT Pitches & Drinks.
Meadow is a group event planning tool that helps you simplify and organize all aspects of the planning process. They have created a product that will help people ease planning any type of event, with friends or professional event planners.
Dasha Kozhemyakina (Co-Founder) says, “this will be our first public appearance and we are very excited to share our product and to hear feedback.”
6. MMOne Project
MMOne Project built the world’s first VR 3-axis turning simulator, creating fantastic new gaming experiences and unique software to monetize VR games/content.
Co-Founder Alexandr Ryzhkin will be joining us and is excited for “the chance to bring fantastic unknown before emotions for more people.”
There are two chances to meet the start-ups in person.
