Introducing the Reformers Without Borders Fellowship program, Razom’s newest initiative.

Reformers Without Borders (RWB) is a short-term exchange program that brings fellows from the United States and other countries to Ukraine to work on building a bridge of trust between local governing bodies and citizens. Fellows will build and maintain an open relationship between government and civil society to support reform projects.

Supporting Hospitals in Ukraine

Razom has provided a $3,000 grant to the Support Hospitals in Ukraine project. The project is committed to raise $100,000 to send five 40-foot containers to Ukrainian hospitals in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and other areas in need. Five containers will equate to more than $2 million worth of medical equipment and supplies that are specifically requested by hospitals in Ukraine.

Razom IT presents “Converting a Tram Depot into a Creative Quarter in Lviv: A conversation with Ilia Kenigshtein”

Our February Razom IT Speaker Series event focused on a creative new project developing in Lviv. Ilia Kenigshtein presented how he is converting an old tram depot in Lviv into a cool co-working space that concentrates on education, technology and entertainment. He’s calling it the “Creative Quarter”, a place for entrepreneurs, artists, journalists, social figures to meet and create things under one roof.

Partnering with “My City”: a platform for social change

As part of our Razom Partners initiative, we are excited to partner with “Moy Gorod”, a marketplace of social projects and civic activists. “Moy Gorod” is an online platform in Odessa, Ukraine that gets citizens to create and implement projects to make their city more livable. Together we can better spread the word about this online crowdfunding and collaboration platform that citizens are currently using to make their city cleaner, to improve the look of city street through an art project of converting phone booths into elaborate painting, to find a systematic solution for the problem of stray animals, and much more.
