And we knew that companies all around the world rely on the engineering smarts of people in Ukraine to design, build and run all sorts of complex software.

Humanitarian Crisis in Ukraine: Impact and Solutions

Representatives of UNHCR (UN Refugee agency), UNICEF, and ECHO (EU Humanitarian aid and Civil Protection department) spoke about their important work of alleviating human suffering in Ukraine. They reaffirmed their commitment to providing humanitarian assistance to the displaced people in Ukraine. These organizations are also ready to help Ukraine’s government rise to the urgent challenge of implementing the legal framework and physical infrastructure necessary to respond to the current IDP crisis.

Toy Drive: Supporting the Children of Ukraine

Toy Drive for the Children of Fallen Heroes is the rapidly expanding initiative carried out by Razom volunteers to render aid to families of Ukrainian military who died in action. New York – A team of international lawyers has just released its Report, “Crisis in Ukraine: Its Legal Dimensions” and recommendations on the ongoing crisis and armed conflict in Ukraine. Prepared for Razom, a Ukrainian-American human rights organization, this team of highly trained international lawyers has outlined legal conclusions on Eastern Ukraine; the annexation of Crimea; the Budapest Memorandum on international security guarantees; and the human rights and humanitarian law at issue.
