DESCRIPTION

Razom Health focuses on supporting hospitals and healthcare institutions serving patients across Ukraine, including frontline areas. Emerging from a training program for neurosurgeons, Razom Health has expanded into a multifaceted initiative responding to the humanitarian crisis following the 2022 invasion. Our team provides critical medical aid, care and education to under-resourced healthcare facilities in Ukraine.

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient operation and coordination of Razom Health’s initiatives in Ukraine. 

 

REPORTS TO

Program Director, Razom Health

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

● Provide program-wide administrative, budget, data, grants, reporting and communication support. 

● Monitor the general Razom Health email, addressing inquiries and redirecting messages as needed.

● Serve as the primary liaison for WHO Health Cluster reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

● Schedule and coordinate key meetings, recording detailed minutes, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.

● Support grant activities, including preparing applications, ensuring compliance with grant conditions, and creating financial and narrative reports for funders.

● Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by tracking program outcomes, analyzing data, and preparing insights to inform continuous improvement.

● Support research initiatives, including conducting literature reviews, drafting abstracts for conferences, and assisting with the preparation of peer-reviewed journal publications.

● Assist in developing documentation, presentations, social media content, and other materials to support program activities.

● Coordinate travel arrangements for Razom Health staff and partners.

● Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

 

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s degree is a plus. 

● Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within healthcare, humanitarian, non-profit or international development sectors is required; previous experience working in Ukraine is preferred.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

● Fluency in English required; proficiency in Ukrainian is preferred.

● Excellent project management, communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and project management tools such as Asana.

● Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and grant management systems.

● Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.

SALARY RANGE

$55,000-$70,000/year

 

● Final salary based on education, experience and qualifications as well as finalized scope of work.
