Project Management Intern - Ukraine on Campus

Razom for Ukraine is seeking program interns to help coordinate and engage in university, academic, and campus-related initiatives. Candidates must be studying or working towards a university degree. Mentorship is highly valued and interns are exposed to different Razom initiatives over the course of their internships.

The intern will work with the Ukraine on Campus team lead and be responsible for:
• Supporting logistics and coordination of events, grant administration, conference and academic trips
• Conducting research on opportunities and challenges in promoting Ukrainian studies and the interdisciplinary study of Ukraine
• Supporting programming and initiatives on North American university and college campuses
• Managing databases of student groups, coursework, and/or key stakeholders
• Assisting in realizing student and faculty engagement projects and engaging external partners in these efforts
• Taking and maintaining notes and supporting social media, website, and blog content creation

Desired qualifications:

• Interest in non-profit work to support a Ukrainian victory
• Interest in decolonizing academia, championing Ukraine, promoting
• Ukrainian studies and programming across campuses
• Available to work 20-40 hours per week in a hybrid work environment with in-person work at Razom’s Headquarters in New York, NY
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Adept at problem solving
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently
• Experience in project management is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Ukrainian is considered an asset
