Tactical Medicine
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Razom has been working to ensure that every Ukrainian defender has a chance to survive on the high-risk areas. We supply the security and defense forces with tactical medicine equipment and training property, support Ukrainian manufacturers, improve training programs, and pass on unique expertise so that it serves Ukraine’s future in times of peace as well.

In war, every second, every decision, and every commander can determine whether a wounded soldier returns alive. That is why we created the Mini-MBA, a leadership program designed to develop management competencies for the medical units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This program is shaping a new generation of leaders in military medicine – those who not only command a unit but also transform the system for the better.

In war, communication and electricity often become matters of life and death. When mobile networks go down, the internet is jammed, or power is unavailable, the ability to call for help, transmit evacuation coordinates, operate medical equipment, or even simply light up a surgical site disappears.

Mobile medical stabilization points are a new generation of medical modules created to provide urgent care to the wounded as close to the battlefield as possible. Every minute after an injury determines survival, and our stabilization points reduce this critical time dramatically.
